Why can't we sue the phone company who gives them license to make these robo-calls!

Harassment!  Sick of it - calls 3 times a day.  Get a job!

Calls once a day. Usally between 1pm to 3pm. No answer;no reply.

Received this call several times...don't know who it is nor will they give a name/company etc.

I received a call from 201-589-5579 while driving and didn't recognize the number, then I called back and it said "the magic jack customer you called is not available."  I think it is some kind of fraud where they get your phone number and use it.  I'm going to call Verizon and also report it.
