Who called from 2015982740

Caller ID said "Felix Quincey". I didn't pick it up, and turned off the answering machine so they couldn't leave a message (why let them know they've reached a valid number?).
They're now on my 200+ blocked list...

This number is now being used by the credit card scammers 'there's nothing wrong with your card but call us and we can make it better'. Block 'em!

Accidentally picked up, got automated message saying they were calling about my "credit card account" (no mention if a company or bank). Didn't get much more as I hung up.

"Felix Quincey" called 20 minutes ago, rolled into voicemail, no message.

Now you can't even trust a personal caller ID!!

Why doesn't the FCC crack down on this? Too busy closing field offices to save money per the GOP "Sequestration" requirements...i.e. underfunded.

No message. Google says the number belongs to an HVAC company in New Jersey, so it's probably spoofed.
