called at 9am. did not answer. went to VM but no msg left. using calling feature in gmail, called number back. was answered and it said it was for a survey.
Received a 9:23 AM call on cell phone. I answered and heard what sounded like a man who said hi name is "Josh", who then asked me if I could hear him ok. Foolishly I responded "yes" and as I asked who this is and why he was calling, "Josh" went spewed out verbal diarrhea indicated I have been selected for something blah, blah, blah - I attempted to get "Josh" to stop talking, but "Josh" never shut up. Seems this is a robot recording type call. I hung up and blocked the number.
Called cell phone. Left no voicemail. We have no CID on cell and no call blocker, so we just ignore these callers. We NEVER answer ANY unsolicited calls. We are on DNC list and I believe surveys ARE NOT exempt, not that it really matters. (these are not legitimate callers, so they don't care if they are in violation of the DNC)
