i got a call today too ,but i'm new to my computer and i thought they will help me and i let them and gave then my visa number,that i shouldn't have done that ,well i'll be fine,that what i'm thought i was buying something that will protect my computer so it cost 79.99 canadian dollars.

I got a call from 201 620-3170, stating that we reported a problem with our window 7. We never reported problems with any of our computers. Is this number (210 620-3170) a scam. The person identified himself as Jack.
I got a call from this number the same day i called HP support. Very odd... The guy that called had my full name somehow. He said he was from "windows support" and they had received an error message from my computer. He did have a thick accent; there was no way i was going to give him control of my computer. I asked for his number and this is the number he gave me. I googled it while on the phone with him. I read him a comment indicating this was a "scam" and he got nasty and hung up on me.
