Who called from 2016215693

was on my caller id 10 times today......called 6 more time later in evening letting it ring like 3 times then nothing called 3 times after 10 pm

typed in wrong number there it was 5695 not 5693

Caller ID at my work phone indicates 201 621-5693.  I answered the first time and gave my company name however no one answered but I could hear voices in the background.  I hung up but since have received calls at least two per hour.  How can I get them to stop harrassing me.
