Who called from 2016215694

I just recieved a call from this number,  when i wen to answer no one was there. I returned the call  and there was a busy  signal.

I've received the call twice so far today and it's like my phone only rings once and they hang up. 1st call 9:25 ct 2nd 11:43 ct.
Area code 201 is a telephone area code for the state of New Jersey covering most of Hudson and Bergen Counties.

This number has also called me twice so far today.  Did not leave a message and when I called it back, I got a busy signal.

I have also recv'd 10-15 calls that when you answer it is blank, when you call back it is busy. It is registered to allegiance telecom out of New Jersey and the city is secaucus, NJ. Not sure who it is, but I filed a report with local police for harassment and I suggest everyone who has been getting these calls do the same.

I too have been getting these calls for the last few days... anyone know what to do to stop them?
