I got a call from this number on tuesday during my lunch hour and nobody answered. I recieved calls from this number again on wednesday and thursday, but did not answer because I was in classes. This number called me again today 1/25 @ 4:53 and when I answered and said hello repeatedly, there was no reply. I would like to find you is calling because it's really starting to freak me out.
201-621-5696 is a telemarketer calling for STORES ONLINE !!!
The caller ID indicates calls originate from Hackensack, NJ.
However, the location has yet to be determined. The FCC has rules prohibiting 'Abandoned Calls' or 'War Dailing' tactics being used by the '201-621-5696 telemarketer'. I suggest requesting FCC form 1088D and file a complaint so the FCC can determine whether a violation has occurred that could lead to an enforcement action.
This is a grant solicitation telemarketing company responding to those of us who were dumb enough to give our phone number out online. Thet will SOON have their day. I just wish all of you could relish the satisfaction first hand.
I believe that this caller is attempting to sale Goverment grant books, that is how it started with me I explained that I was not in need of a goverment grant and this guy hung up in my face. And after that I continue to receive calls from 201-621-5696 or 201-621-5695, which the person on the line does not ever say anything now. At first I would answer and knowone would say anything,so now I don't answer when I see that number
You may be onto something. I went to a governments grants seminar in my hometown and left without getting the "Free gift". I later received a few letters in the mail which I promptly chunked into the garbage. It was a very strong armed deal where the guy speaking supposedly worked for Ross Perot in Texas for 17 years or something. Ater offering this 1600.00 deal for two people, I got the mailers dropping the price to a couple hundred dollars. WARN ANYONE WHO SIGNS UP FOR A GOVERNMENT GRANTS SEMINAR OR ANSWERS INTERNET EMAILS ON THIS SUBJECT. THE PHONE CALLS WILL START.
