Who called from 2016215697

I keep getting a call from 1-201-621-5697.  All Day long until 9 in the evening.  Why.  I am on the Do Not call List.

What is going on.  Why can't the phone company block these calls if we keep reporting them?

Left a very strange message on my answering machine.  I couldn't understand a lot of what was said.  Caller did not identify themselves.  When I called the number back, it was first very busy and then rang and rang!

stop calling!!!  I find out the number is from new jersey.
I say get a rope.

I keep receiving calls from 201-621-5697 also.. call all the time!!  just noise in the background when they are on answering machine.. try to call back and busy!

Internet article says get a $50.00 gift card free to Olive Garden just by answering a survey, should of not listened to my wife.10 minutes later did not finish survey, foolishly gave them my cell phone.
The one time I answered the phone the man with the India accent says he was calling from Arizona, when in actuality 201 area code is New Jersey.
Told him not to call back.Wish me luck
