Who called from 2016215697

Started getting calls from this number on 5/14/08 at night then on 5/15/08 at 8:30 am I say hello and they hang up I want the calls to STOP

if your cell has silent as a ringtone, add 1-201-621-5697 as a contact and set this contact to silent.

if anybody knows how to set a call block on a cell phone please post.

these people call me all times of the day or night and when i ans the ph they either just sit there saying nothing even after repeated 'hello's from me or they hang up.  Today i tracked the call to Hackensack, NJ.  It is so annoying...how can i get them to stop calling?
