Who called from 2016215850

the samething is happening to me.When i call back this number is busy or nobody answer. When i pick up the phone they dont say a word.

Keeps on calling. Don't leave a message.
Complained to FTC.

I keep getting a phone call from this number. They don't leave no messages. I answered one of the times that they called and they didn't say nothing, that's annoying. I had a question, does anyone  think that it's just one type of phone company that they are targeting annoyance? My phone is w/ Cingular.

The calls come every day around 2PM.  There is nobody there when I answer.

Yeah they keep calling at least 2 times a week for the past month, everytime I answer there is no one there.
