pitch to change energy provider to star energy.

Call was for PSEG account holders to lower energy bill.  Wanted my name removed from their caller list, rep was very nasty and said I was wasting his time.

No message left - on my cell. I called back later in the day and the recording said they were Shopping Rewards with a $100 voucher, good at major stores, but with handling fees.  After getting through this, there was an option to be placed on their do not call list.

Including the hang up today @ 2:13 PM, they have called an hung up 5x since Fri 9/18/2015. They will surely continue to annoy.

They call often, let phone ring, tired of them hanging up on me.  Answer machine off again, no option to leave msg.
