I have learned to answer these 99% time quit after 4 rings as most answering machines pick up then. They don't want to pay for a call unless the get a human on line. So I pick up about third ring and never say anything, just hang on for about 15 seconds and hang up. Number of calls has decreased a whole lot since I started this 10 days ago.
