Did not answer due to lack of info. given to my caller ID.
Then called them back and got message that "the number you have called is not in service @ this time..."
Got a phone call from an out-of-state number
that I don't "know" or recognize.
I didn't answer, but looked up the number here.
They left no message.
I am on the National Do-Not-Call List,
and have been for over a year now.
(I guess this is our government at work for us.)
I'm going to http://www.fcc.gov/complaints
AND to
https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx
and see if that can get the government
to work for me, and stop these calls.
(Yes I will go through all those steps.)

Card member services has called a zillion times from L.A to NJ using many, many, many different phone numbers. I don't know if it's bait and switch or an out right scam, but if they we're legit they would leave a message and the caller I.D would show a true business name and not some obscure city. Next time they call, I'm going to tell them that they've been reported.
Just got called, didn't answer. Something about credit and lower interest rates. I actually think it is collection agency....my number is tied to someone who has defaulted on some loans.
