Wil be coming to my house and workplace to serve me with the police. They do t say who they are, nor do they say who they want. This is pure harassment abd something should be done.
I answered this call and they said this "message is for..." There was no name given on the recording. My call then started to break up and I heard the words "you have been served" then was given a case number and that was the end of the call. I was never given an option to replay the message, never given a call back number, nor an option to speak to a real person.

NOTICE TO CB TO 307-206-4539 with reference to case #121710 - says if you dont call back you forfeit your right to dispute the matter. And that you will have a complaint filed against you in your local county. "Please consider this your official notification."

They cannot give you legal notice over the phone. Must be certified letter or service by local sheriff's office or other process server. Some kind of scam. They never give a name of either who they are looking for, or who is calling. Robot call.
