He is a young black male around 29 years old. His brother Lance is one of the technicians. Gina who's real name is kim is the office manager. She's a large white woman. Lawrence hires only white people as managers in the office as to not raise suspicion. They change company names and the location of the office because they were forced to pay back thousands of dollars and they have a long list of complaints filed against them for their scams. They have an F rating with the BBB. They have telemarketers in the office who make the calls,arrange the appointment for the techs for a so called $29,95 chimney and flue pipe cleaning. When the techs arrive they make false claims that something is wrong with the chimney,or they break things in the chimney so you can spend thousands of dollars in repairs.
