Very Familiar with this company. All american Chimney company was their former company located at 168 central avenue in farmingdale ny. Now they are located in Huntington Station and going by the name Americas Choice Construction. They were featured on Eyewitness news 7 on your side twice in 2013 and 2015 for their scams against the public. http://abc7ny.com/archive/9085745/ Lawrence Stuart is in fact the owner. He is a young black male around 29 years old. His brother Lance is one of the technicians. Gina who's real name is kim is the office manager. She's a large white woman. Lawrence hires only white people as managers in the office as to not raise suspicion. They change company names and the location of the office because they were forced to pay back thousands of dollars and they have a long list of complaints filed against them for their scams. They have an F rating with the BBB. They have telemarketers in the office who make the calls, arrange the appointment for the techs for a so called $29,95 chimney and flue pipe cleaning. When the techs arrive they make false claims that something is wrong with the chimney,or they break things in the chimney so you can spend thousands of dollars in repairs. Lawrence has been in business for several years. He's living lavish through his scams. He has flashy cars, Rolex etc. He won't stop setting up these businesses and scamming the public until he's prosecuted. Report them to the Attorney General office in NY, Bureau of Consumer Frauds and Protection, They capitol Albany NY 12224-0341
They called, I picked up and answered "hello", then waited. The silence was unspeakable in volumes. It must have been an entire minute before the connection was terminated, replaced with the seldom-heard sound of dissonant tones played at regular intervals. I knew that the call was done, put down the phone, and immediately searched the internet for an answer to the silent caller, who had given me no answer. My curiousity led me to this very website, where I now leave my remarks. Goodbye.
Louis from America's Choice Chimney called offering a discounted rate for chimney inspection and cleaning. He claims to be available from 9 am - 2 PM Mon to Sat. and could be reached at 888-520-1786. Was polite when I informed him I already had this done and did not need the service. I'm on donotcall.gov list and have not used their service, so they should not be calling my #.
