The person said they were from windows and said that my computer was sending errors. He said he can walk me through how to remove any spyware or virus's. He then basically tried to let me give him remote access to my computer. I built my computer so I know a little stuff, so when he had me hit the windows button along with r, I stopped following directions but played like I did. Hacker and scammer.
