Just got stopped yesterday and the girl that approached me was extremely uneducated and rude - as well as persistent to the extent that I gave her my # to get her out the way because I thought if anything, i could always ignore the call ... The calls already started ringing. The guy wasnt too rude, although reading these posts from everyone is making me pretty nervous about this whole siuation!
Tonight my family is at the Nets game. A grown man approached my daughter as she exited the ladies room telling her that she had "a great body and he wanted to make her a "Model." For those who don't know. legitimate modeling agencies don't hunt net games to find the next top model and my daughter is only 12 years old. Extremely inappropriate language for a grown man to a young girl. He identified himself as Industry Model & Talent.
I was approached in Willowbrook mall NJ with my twins. They played a good game. Playing up to my children about Disney Channel stars. It sounded like something to check out. But OMG the first time they called on a Wednesday to set up an appointment for a Saturday said sorry at this time the children are sick with the flu(that was the truth) and high temps. Boy the girl got nasty with me. I told her if this is how you act, I don't care to do business with a ccompany like so. She hung up on me they now try to contact me 3-5 on my cell a day and at the least 2 x's a day on my home phone. I am tired of them it has been going on since the beginning of December. The other day I answered and got nasty back with them and told them if the calls keep coming I am going to report the number to Verizon and the police..Needless to say it didn't work.
this company is ridiculous... they approached me and my mom suggested i give them my cell number. they call me maybe every hour, i'm getting really pissed off. picked up once, nobody said anything, ignored all the rest of the calls. but good god... what do i do?!??!?!! i emailed the company too...
I'm in the same boat as the rest of you.. was approached in Woodbridge Mall and gave them my contact #'s and no one ever answers when I pick up their call... I'm am too ticked about this because I JUST CHANGED MY CELL PHONE #!!!.... *sigh*
they approached me and a friend at six flags. theyve been calling constantly... and no one is at the other end of the line. im glad i know now that it was and is a scam. its really ridiculous
