Keeps calling continuosly even after I asked for information pertaining to the phone call, he says he doesn't have a contact number where I can call for actual information??????. And all he does is laugh like an incoherent idiot, resembling a circus clown with his high pitch voice.

This number keeps calling and never leaves a message when asked. I keep telling them that my guys aren't in the office and the best that I can do is take a message. I've asked them not to call again, but they won't stop.
