I choose not to answer calls out of New Jersey lately simply because, as a lot of people have said already, it's some kind of scam or telemarketing thing. I choose to not answer, but called the number back to see if something came up. If it's a legitimate business, I would assume I would get some kind of message stating what kind of business it is.
I got my Verizon message stating the number was not completed while dialing. Bogus number!! Added it to my auto block list along with the others!!
Receiving continuously calls from this number no one will answer, no recorded message, receive same calls from Washington DC California, N Y and N J - Calls from all these location are the same. I been receive daily for the past 6 - 7 months.
