These guys want your money and they do NOTHING. But once you pay, try getting it back, they are out of the country…and no, they do not honor the Do-not-call list, in fact they won’t stop calling.
I have a little fun with these types of calls.
I have VOIPO, inexpensive, but it lets me block several ways. It doesn’t matter how you try to make them stop they won’t because they are Not in the USA and no way anyone can go after them.
So, since they won't stop, I just forward their number right back at them and in some cases it causes their system to go into a Loop. Cool.

Yet another scammer claiming to be Google calling about our listing. I hit 7 to be removed from their list, like that'll actually work, but I wasn't in the mood to talk to a human & ask to be placed on their dnc list.
Why do people still give other people their money over the phone?
