I get calls from this number and similar ones claiming they:
Have spoken to me before or are responding to my email and are responding to it. It is in  regards supposedly to "my tax problems or issues". I have NEVER called any of these quacks and I wanted to report it because in times where people are desperate for help it would be easy for liars like this to take advantage of people.

The number is unlisted (shocker). Can't understand what the guy is saying his company is, he says his name is Ron Sayer? (< I'm sure that's not even close to being legitimate either)
