You people are doing it all wrong. When you receive a call from these people, talk to them. Let them know that you are willing to talk to them all day long. They do not want to waste their time anymore than you want to waste yours. I told them I was willing to talk to them all day long, and waste as much of their time as they were willing to waste. We can be just as irritating as they can be.
OH.MY.GOD! It is ridiculous! I got AT LEAST 7 calls per DAY from this number up until 9-10 at night...wouldn't leave a voicemail or anything, just keep calling...my boyfriend thought I was cheating on him and we would argue about it....so finally I called back, thinking I would just keep calling them and annoying them like they had done to me, and one of the times it prompted me to a recording that said "If you would like to take your number off of our phone list, press star"
so I did...and the calls have stopped...for now...
been receiving crazy calls from this number all hours of the night. they say my name and everything else. but i did answer and chewed them up one side and down the other. best thing to do is just not answer the phone because if it were important enough they would leave a message; that's what their for anyway.
calls constantly leaves no message. reading some of the comments about how its a company with a make money plan for ads online. this may explain it - i went to a site like that a few days ago, filled out a form, but before i ever submitted it, i did some checking and found out most people are calling it a scam. so i didnt submit the form. they must have harvested my number somehow anyway. the thing with the do not call list is that a company is legally allowed to call you IF: you have "established a business relationship" with them. they can claim that you have done so if you provide your number on some inquiry like i did. this also happens when you get a receipt from some store asking you to go fill out a survey about "how we are doing". when you go there and they ask for your phone number, you have then "established a business relationship" with them and they can call or text you with no penalty. ridiculous
