Man with a very heavy accent and a barely basic command of English phoned three times this morning (the other numbers were 201-301-6028 and -7019). On the first two occasions, he spent about six minutes asking for people who are no longer here, at other locations, have retired, "anyone in sales," or have nothing to do with sales. He was throwing a bunch of names that he found at a wall and hoping one would stick. Due to the language barrier (or maybe not), he couldn't answer my question regarding the purpose of his call. I sent him to Customer Service, then finally said there were other callers in queue and gave him our mailing address to send a letter. He returned roughly 30 minutes later, and I begged him to put his request in writing. He called twice more in the next four minutes, but I let it go to voicemail (no message).
