I managed that hellhole for years and saw Dennis break every law just to turn my back.He didn't even hire my cleaning company to help me out after all I did for him.As a former marine,loyalty was something I was taught.He deserves all the bad that has happened to him.His own nephew Michael Greif left him as he was flaunting his [***] Carol in front of him.He's lost many good employess as well and replaced them with drug addicts like Peter Lookofsky,Anthony Pezzutti SR,Richard Amato,Anthony Pezzutti Jr amongst others. Dennis will eventually get what's coming to him someday.
All calls are recorded, but only the managers verification is played back to the customer when trying to collect money. The customer is not told the call is being recorded until the end of the verification. This was done because of some states laws including Nevada, where one must know the calls are recorded. The person is supposed to be told this at the beginning of the call not when the call is ending. Horizon continues to test the waters. JUST A BUNCH OF THEFTS. This includes the GM's TOM!
