Who called from 2017935561

I got a call from this number today saying it was from Microsoft Headquarters but I knew it was a scam! Microsoft never calls you.

caller id said: Jersey City, NJ.
I do not answer any call I do not recognize.

Called my phone 3 times over a two hour period. Finally caved in and answered. Similar to other posts - strong foreign accept - Said my Windows computer has a problem. Told him I use a Mac and don't use Windows. The caller got agitated and said to me in a strong voice said, "I am calling about YOUR computer!"  I said goodbye, hung up, and blocked the caller's number.

none only hear them repeatedly saying Hello? on my answering machine.  Left no message.  they call multiple times per day for the last couple of weeks.

Same thing here. 2 calls today within 1 hour. Caller ID showed CITGO. I didn't answer. I don't answer numbers or callers I don't recognize.  Have gotten numerous calls from some yahoo wanting to fix my computer.  I said "what computer?" They said, "your computer."  I said, "I don't have a computer so there's nothing for you to fix." The guy was really upset at that. I laughed, punched the 9 key several times, and hung up.
