It appears this is an automated sales call, the number originates from a landline the phone company is listed as Level 3 Communications LLC Weehawken, NJ which probably means it is a VOI. This is the new door to door salesman of the 21st century.
Calling many of times through out the day for weeks now.
When you say hello there is no one there and then you get a hang up
sound. Called the number back and it say that the person you are callings
mail box is full right now and can not except your message at this time.
I got two calls in one day, one in the afternoon and one late at night. I usually do not answer calls if I do not know the number and wait for the voicemail. They never leave a voicemail, so I called them back and it rings once and then an automated lady comes on saying the number has been disconnected and cannot recieve any calls.
I received three calls from this number tonight and was not able to get to the phone in time to answer. No message was left and each time I called the number back, an automated voice said that the number had been disconnected and was no longer a valid number.
