It appears this is an automated sales call, the number originates from a landline the phone company is listed as Level 3 Communications LLC Weehawken, NJ which probably means it is a VOI. This is the new door to door salesman of the 21st century.
I get emails from those people all the time, but never any calls. Thanks for posting that, and next time they call I will try the same thing you did...Cuz I am tired of this crap!
You are more than welcome. I want you to know that I have not received a call from that number since. So if any one gets a voice, tell them to get you off the calling list and that you have already reported the number. It has worked for me so far. If it changes and starts again I will sure post and let all know. Good luck to all at getting them to stop the calls. I think I lucked out.
I too have been wondering who in the world is this calling me at night on my cell phone. I only use my cell phone when I am out, but I just happened to go into the room where my purse is, and I heard my phone. I don't remember contacting them, but I have been looking for work at home, so maybe that explains all this.
I've gotten 4 calls from this number just today and it's not even noon. They called me practically every hour yesterday. Obviously it's some kind of scam or something they are trying to pull otherwise they wouldn't be so desperate calling the same person over and over. I haven't answered any of the calls but I think I'm going to have to in order to get the calls to stop. I really don't appreciate getting so many calls in one day. One of the reasons I haven't answered is because I only have like 50 minutes left on my phone plan. I just found out I was pregnant so I had to make a ton of phone calls! LOL. But seriously I'm sick of this [***]. I've turned my phone on silent because I got tired of hearing it ring!
I also keep receiving calls from this number on my cell phone. I have been looking into "work from home" Tonight I received 8 missed calls from this number because I have blocked the number. When I have tried calling it back the mail box is full. thank you for the information. Now I can stop trying researching the phone number.
