We've sent emails and reported to Police as you'd think they'd want to bust someone who's bascially committing fraud and stealing from PAL by saying so.
This guy is a fraud. He will persistently call and try to scare owners into thinking they are in some sort of trouble since he id's himself as "Jersey City Police Dept.". He uses many names as mentioned above. If you look at the older posts, you can see how ignorant he is, posting as different people trying to refute the bad comments. Pal, try NOT using all caps and maybe you'll come off slightly more believable.
The guy is an ex cop, wanna be goodfella who doesn't even live in NJ anymore (he's in PA) haha, yet uses these tactics to scam you out of your money.
Repeat calls from "no caller ID" after 3 attempts he finally left a voice mail: said his name is Sal Petillo #973-482-7177. Just says "give me a call back". Probly looking for donation.
