I got one today too. No idea who it is and they didn't leave a message. However if you call them, option 2 is supposed to place you on their do not call list.
This number calls me around every three hours. I wondered if it was a company that got my number when I filled out something to find out about going back to school. Whomever it is, is annoying me terribly. What do I do?
Received a call from this number starting today but no message the area code is out of NJ. I think what Amber said was probably right when she said they provide people with grants from the gov but knowing the internet it was a scheme. When a company is legit they will leave a message with a number for you to call them back. I suggest that know-one does business on-line unless you can get a call back number and the name and address of the company.
