I got one today too. No idea who it is and they didn't leave a message. However if you call them, option 2 is supposed to place you on their do not call list.
I thin kthese are the same people using the 201-669-4695 number. i pu tmyself on THIS do not call list and right after that, the 669 number calls me. Always call late at night, like every 20 minutes. People are pissing me off. I have a baby, i'm a full time student and worker, this is BULL. Doesnt it count as harrasment when they dont leave a message?
