I just received a call about a factory warranty that was expiring on my car from an automated system. (My car is new and still has 2 years left on the warranty) When I pressed 1 to speak to an agent, a man with a foreign accent answered and when I asked who he was working with and why he was calling, he hung up on me. When I called the number back, surprise, I only got a busy signal. This is sooooo frustrating. I can tolerate telemarketers calling my house, but NOT my cell phone.
Call to my cell phone from (201) 842-8713. I did not answer the call since I didn't recognize the number. No Voicemail, but I was curious and Googled it, finding this list. Glad I didn't answer. Agreed with others, the number is probably spoofed, and its illegal for them to be telemarketing on cellular numbers anyway.
