They do not settle complaints but you can bet a call from them stops the culprits in their tracks. They will forward your complaint to the most correct enforcement agency. Appearance is this is a phishing operation as they call one day from one number and if you ignore that the call the next day is from another number. Unless they call for weeks on end to your number there is small likelihood any agency will do anything. If your number is on the no call list then report it to the FTC. Then they are breaking the law for certain.

got a call from these idiots (2018428713 if your reading this) and i didn't answer it. called them back and this number has been disconnected or no longer in service. these people need to stop with these type of calls. it is violation of the ftc.
