They called with a local number from my area. Through it was a tenant of mine who recently changed a number. They tried to confirm who they were speaking with saying that they wanted to transfer me to an operator who had "personal information" for me. I asked if this was a sales call and they said "I don't know, all I know if an operator has some personal information for you." I asked her what good was she if she didn't know what the call pertained to and requested they remove me from their calling list.
Received a call from this # this afternoon. I did not answer and no message was left. NOT ANOTHER SPAM CALLER! I recently changed my cell # to avoid an annoying spam caller. I thought your cell # was safe. Those days are gone. You're never safe from annoying, intrusive callers!
Got a call from this number too, about a survey from Walmart and that I had applied for a job. I never did that. Something weird happened after I hung up: my cell phone reset.
Just now received a call from this number and it's regarding job survey.
I think they are calling numbers starting 201 and 551.
So this is clearly someone going through yellow pages by the area code and calling from voip. They can't do anything expect to get some dumb to give more details.
just got a call from 2018771273. he said i filled out a survey, so I told him I don't fill out surveys. He told me it was a survey from walmart to win a free ipad, and immediately began asking personal info. When I told him I was uncomfortable giving info to a stranger and asked who he was, he told me I didnt qualify because of one or more of my answers and hung up. SCAM
