Who called from 2018807638

If you put your hand over the receiver of a telephone and move your hand around, the other person gets a loud noise in his/her ear.

When I answered the call from this number, that noise is what I heard.  I screamed for the guy to talk to me, but he was too busy talking to his coworker because I heard him say, "This is my last phone call."  More handset noise, then nothing.  He hung up.

Usually, i don't answer this call.  This time I did.  They hung up without saying anything.  Does anyone know what this company is?

they've called me three days in a row

They just called and I made the mistake of calling back to see who has been calling me.  They answered but all i could hear was noise!! This is a New Jersey number but I live half way across the country and they are calling my cell phone! Who are these people?
