I received a call from an agent who wanted me to first verify my name and last 4 of SSN , so I told him that I didn't consent to being recorded prior to knowing what the call was in regards to, or even verify personal information. I live in 1 of 12 states where you must secure permission before recording anyone, he offered to transfer me to his supervisor but I declined and he disconnected.
