THE CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER WAS DRIVING ME CRAZY. I WASN'T SURE WHO IT WAS SO I DIDN'T ANSWER EITHER. I CALLED THE NUMBER BACK AND PUT MYSELF ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST. THEY STILL CALLED BACK. FINALLY I JUST ANSWERED IT. THEY ARE TELEMARKETERS FROM BANGLEDESH. THEY STATED THAT I SIGNED UP FOR SOME FREE SAMPLE OF ACAI DIET FORMULA FOR OBESITY ONLINE. I TOLD THE GUY THAT I WEIGH 125 POUNDS AND DID NOT SIGN UP FOR IT. TO TAKE ME OFF THE CALL LIST.
I leave my ringer off, so I don't know if there would be someone on the other end or not; I just get the 'missed calls' messages. Some of the other posters have said there is no one on the other end.
For the last couple of months I have received several phone calls on a daily basis from this number. As with the rest of you, no message is left and now they are hanging up before the answering machine can connect. I know it is a cell phone from Jersey City but can get no other information.
