Who called from 2019481013

Scam!!!!!!

from Kearny, NJ.  Poorly recorded message also, says contact "local county court house" and leaves the (201) 948-1013 number.  Funny thing is I'm in Kentucky, I'm pretty sure this is not one of my local court houses.

Also in Kentucky, just got the same message although all my voicemail caught was the voice repeating the phone number.

Called 2x in 2 days. Goofy computer voice was badly distorted (slowed) on second message

Bad recorded message saying they are Calling from the IRS about a pending lawsuit against me to call them back immediately.  How do I report them so they stop calling?
