You can report them to the IRS or to the FBI, but there is no way to make them stop calling. Get a call blocker.
The caller is a scammer trying to trick you into paying over-due taxes you don't owe. He probably lives outside the US, out of reach of US law enforcement. He can't be stopped.
Scam. I received a phone call today from an automated voice claiming to be Officer something-rather in New Jersey. It asked me to call back at 201-948-1013 (also the number called from). It stated if I didn’t call, something would be filed at my ‘local courthouse’.
My call came from 201 948 1014. Said he was officer sean davis from the irs. Told me not to ask questions until he was done talking. He knew my home address which im still wondering how....
