I got a call from a telemarketer from Comodo insisting on talking with our network security person regarding the soon to expire certificate. He would not take no for answer and wanted to talk to our outsourced company. The only way I could get him off the phone was to take his name and number.
The No Call List only applies if you don't have previous business. If you've got a certificate (which is expiring) then that gives them reason. If you don't care if your secure website continues to function, then by all means ignore them.
