They started with calls and now they sent me a text from
[email protected] and using a land line I called the number 2019670914 that the test had said that my VISA debit card had issues. When I called, an automated robot answered and told me to enter my details: 16 digit debit card number, security number at the back, my address, zip, social... I entered everything as 123456789 and where applicable I repeated to make the 16 digit or only did up to 3 for security and up to 5 for zip code and up to 4 for last 4 of ss. and it told me: "thank you, your debit card is now protected"
So there, I can securely use my account again, yay!
