Got a call from this number, I said "Hello" and got no response. Heard some sounds in the background before the call disconnected. Sounded like it was a wrong number but I'm not positive if it was or not.

Calls every day around 4:20 EST and does not leave a message, when you try to call the number back, you get a recording that it is not a valid number! Is this not illegal? How do you report a number that is not valid?
It is West Asset Management calling ( WAM ) -They are a KNOWN JUNK DEBT BUYER AND FDCPA VIOLATOR .
Junk debt is worthless legally uncollectable debt they purchase for pennies and break State and Fed FDCPA and FCRA laws to collect dollars from innocent consumers.
Junk debt is debt they have no PROOF you owe!
To old - beyond statute of limitations by state law!
Already paid!
Discharged in bankruptcy!
Or a result of identity theft!
