I too received a call from a person by the name of justin who said that they were partnered with microsoft and needed for me to be at my computer so that he could help to fix a problem. I didn't trust him so I just took his name and number.
no, they are really a good company and they made my laptop run like a new one they worked on my system for 2 hours and they are really headquarted in ridgewood.NJ and they are partners with microsoft or else thet woldn't have appeared in the microsoft website.........
I don't think all the online tech support providers are scam..When i got a call i was not supposed to go with them.But when they have shown me them at microsoft hompage,there were no doubt at all.I am still getting unlimited technical support for all the major & minor issues @ only $159 ......Thanks to IFIXO
