I too received a call from a person by the name of justin who said that they were partnered with microsoft and needed for me to be at my computer so that he could help to fix a problem. I didn't trust him so I just took his name and number.
This is definitely a scam and Microsoft has warnings up about it. See for example

Real Microsoft support techs do NOT make cold calls at all hours of the day and night like these people do to random numbers, telling them something is wrong with their computer.
Check also comments for 1-800-800-8100 which appears to be the same scam.
I feel this is a scam also. They said it would take two hours on my computer to fix things, but it still runs as slow as it always did. When I call back , they just give me the run around that the "tech" is not available right now.
Someone named David (a fast-talking foreigner) just called me telling me I needed to be in front of my computer to make some changes to it because of all kinds of issues I must be having with it. Well, I was rude as I always get these "Toll-free calls". I told him to give me the number and I would call back. so checked up on the number and find it is a possible scam. He seemed anxious for me to call back. HAH. That I will not do. The number is 201 984 3496.
