Very suspicious. (201) 984-7627 phoned at 3:37P Jun 13th with ID as Weehawken, NJ. Picked up and automated voice as "Mortgage Service Center", immediately asked for last four digits of my social security #! As it dialed me, not vice-a-versa, I just held... it then said last payment via "Western Union Payment in September 2011" almost two years ago??? I just held and it flipped to "hold for an agent" and then repeated this continuously every ten seconds for over three minutes before I hung up.

Please stop the unauthorized and harassing calls as I am not interested in your scams and or business. If the calls continue you will be reported to the legal authories to be investigated of your illegal business practices. Let theis be a first and final warning.
This is a phone number for HSBC mortage. The mortgage mailing address changed from a Buffalo NY P.O. Box to a Pittsburgh Pa. P.O. box and mortage payments were being returned from Post Office. They were notifying people of the problem. I believe they service the mortgages for HSBC and a bunch of other banks too. When they took over processing, the old mailing addresses changed. Hope this helped.
