This alleged number has called here five times so far ( 5:55, 7:19, 7:31, 7:49, 7:56 PM Eastern). I guess it is safe to assume that this is a wannabe tech support operation. I realize they are desperate to be my friend, but their calls keep getting blocked. I sure hope that hasn't left them in tears.
All kidding aside, I am not all that surprised that they have made several attempts to call and I wouldn't surprised to see them make even more calls on top of this. The problem with these telemaggoters is that they are coming from overseas and that makes impossible take any kind of action against them unless the country of origin is willing to get involved and I am not getting my hopes up for that one.
Has called twice this evening. Caller ID shows "Popowich John. Call blocker did block both calls. Appears to be a junk call. I do not know a John Popowich in NJ. Suggest don't pick up or try to call this number.
Called several times and would not leave a message when I answered it was a guy from India claiming to be with Microsoft windows and telling me somebody was trying to hack my computer. I yelled and told him to quit calling my house and he kept saying please please I need to talk to someone authorized. I hung up yelling do no call my house again. 10 minutes later they called again. We did not answer.
