I had a person all me from the Federal Government in Washington, and is name was Nelson Miller , I asked him not to call and to take me off of whatever list my number was on. He then said F#!$ You and babbled something in his own language so hung up...
Calls originate in India and Pakistan. They spoof local numbers. Invest in a call blocker and do NOT pick up on call numbers you do not recognize. Might be a good idea to block the entire 202 area code. Scammers love to use that area code.
