Caller with a heavy accent identified herself as from the US Treasury Dept. She goes on to say that I have been selected to receive a grant of $9000 that does not have to be repaid. She gave me an ID# and a phone number and said to cal them and they would get me the money. Needless to say, I did not call the number. Sounds like Phishing to me!
