Yeah the thick accent is a blatant tell-tale that this is a scam... ANother thing, if you haven't applied for a specific grant then you are not going to magically be qualified for a grant... Come on folks! If it's to good to be true - it is.
Just received a very vulgar call from this number. The guy was whispering and saying some disgusting things. I recorded part of it for evidence and hung up on him. I could hear what sounded like a call center in the background. Caller ID said District of Columbia.
I recieved a text from this number and did not respond to the text but when I went to dial someone in my contacts this number popped up and asked me to add them as a contact. I didn't I went and cancelled the number before dialng out.
Received random call from this number hard and they said they were from the Federal Government. They were very hard to understand, I'm pretty sure this is a scam.
They left a disgusting voicemail, claiming that they would come to my house and "[***] me" after I told the man to drop my number.
Do not trust, its all a scam
