Who called from 2020111401

I got a call today 5/13/16 @ 7:10pm and a guy with Asian or Chinese accent asked for me...when I asked him.."Who's calling"....he disconnected the call...

This number xalled and it was a lady with a middle eastern accent that just says ma'am and when I ask what she needs she hangs up every time.

Everytime they call they just hang up when I answer. Super annoying

I received this call today may 17, 2016... a lady with an asian accent was offering me a $5000 grant in broken english. She wanted to verify my address so I hung up.

Robert Bowman called me too, and I had a great time talking to him. It is fun to mess with the scammers. They get frustrated that you don't believe the government is randomly giving you money... especially if you owe back taxes.
